The hotel location is unbeatable. It is very close to the waterfront. The fast service from the front desk staff was also excellent. I especially appreciated the helpful young woman at the reception, she was very kind. The room was nice and clean.

The hotel is next to a night club. The loud music made it difficult to sleep at night. This noise impacted the overall quality of my stay. I hope there could be soundproofing solutions implemented to alleviate this issue. It affected my rest.

The hotel location is superb. It is close to the waterfront! the service was fast, especially at the front desk. I found the staff quite helpful. the room was very clean, and i liked that the fitness room was available. i appreciated the rooftop pool.

i experienced some noise from a nearby nightclub ! it played music loudly on thursday and friday nights.

I appreciated the waterfront location. It made exploring very easy. My room offered an amazing view of the iconic CN tower and it was wonderful at night. i took advantage of the nearby streetcar stop to get around. Amsterdam was next door and it was so convenient.

The bathroom lighting was unusual. It made doing hair difficult. i also heard noise from the street and hallway, made restful sleep hard. getting an earlier checkout wasn't possible. It seemed the staff couldn't assist.

Clean Hotel Close to Attractions

The hotel is close to the UP train station, a direct line to the airport. The stadium is a short five-minute walk away. I discovered many restaurants nearby, and the brew house behind the hotel is worth a visit. It had everything I needed!!!

I noticed hair on the bathroom floor. I told the front desk during check-in that room service was not needed, and the room lacked a door tag. The room got serviced on the first day. I was disappointed by this error.

I found the staff quite friendly . The location offers proximity to many downtown activities. My room was very clean, and this was a plus for me.

The city view from my window was actually of a building site. It was a bit disappointing. I requested a quiet room, but it was not particularly so! I could hear hallway noise. A naked man caused a disturbance one night, made me uncomfortable. I think this is unacceptable.
